Table data for the Yo-Yo Endurance Test Level 2

The Yo-Yo Endurance Fitness Test is a test of aerobic fitness. Participants run out and back on a 20 meter course, with the required speed increasing at set intervals until they are unable to continue. In this version of the yo-yo test, there is no recovery period, unlike the commonly used Yo-Yo Intermittent Recovery Test Level 1.

There are two versions of the Yo-Yo Endurance Test, level 1 and level 2. The table below shows information about the Level 2 test, which starts at 11.5 km/hr (level 1 starts at 8.0 km/hr). This level 2 test basically starts at a higher level, then continues at the same increments as the level 1 test, though for one extra speed level.

You can see a similar table for the Yo-Yo Endurance Test Level 1.
