Can I purchase a cd version of the file?
We currently only sell the digital file version of the test. The file is in mp3 format, the common audio file format, which should play on most audio equipment.
I don't have a PayPal account - can I pay using another method?
You don't have to have a PayPal account to make a purchase, you can use your credit card without signing up. However, if you like it is a simple process to sign up to PayPal and link your bank account. If you still have a problem purchasing through the PayPal cart link on this site, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.
What if I don't want it, or need a refund?
If you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to organise a refund. Just let us know.
Do you charge sales tax?
GST is applicable to all purchases made in Australia. No other sales taxes will be added.
Will You Ship to ... ?
We can sell to anyone in the world. As the products are digital files, there is no shipping costs involved. After payment, you will receive an email with the links to the files you purchased, where you can immediately download the mp3 file of the test.
How much will shipping be?
There is no shipping costs, as you download the file directly to your computer.
Do you accept credit cards?
We currently accept the secure payment method PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute.
Is the order process secure?
The checkout section of the store is handled by E-junkie, a well-established online purchasing platform. We currently accept the secure payment method PayPal, through which you can also using most major credit cards.
Why don't I just download a free file online?
You may find the yo-yo test file online, available to download for free, but are you sure you are getting the right version? There are 6 different yo-yo test versions. We have created the yo-yo test files based on the timings published on this site. If you have any issues we can answer your questions and if you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to organise a refund.
